Welcome to JungleLove. Our platform exists to create a safe, trusted, and enjoyable environment for people to form genuine relationships. To protect the integrity of our community, every user must adhere to these Community Guidelines. These rules apply to all areas of JungleLove, including profiles, photos, messaging, and in-person interactions that result from online connections.

Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination without refund, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

1. Respect and Dignity

1.1 Treating Others Kindly

• All interactions must be respectful, courteous, and considerate.
• Harassment, insults, intimidation, bullying, or personal attacks are strictly prohibited.
• Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated.

1.2 Hate Speech and Violence

• Users must not promote or engage in hate speech against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected categories.
• Content glorifying or inciting violence, terrorism, or self-harm is strictly banned.

1.3 Sexual Respect

• Unsolicited sexual advances, explicit images, or “cyber-flashing” are prohibited.
• Sexual conversations must be consensual, respectful, and welcomed by the other party.

2. Authenticity and Truthfulness

2.1 Real Identities Only

• Profiles must represent real individuals using their true age, gender, and identity.
• Fake profiles, impersonation, or stolen photos (including celebrity or stock images) are forbidden.

2.2 Profile Accuracy

• All information shared in your profile must be accurate and not misleading.
• Misrepresenting your intentions (e.g., pretending to seek long-term relationships while pursuing commercial activities) violates these guidelines.

2.3 No Catfishing

• Any attempt to deceive users through falsified identity, fake photos, or fabricated background stories is considered catfishing and will result in termination.

3. Consent, Privacy, and Boundaries

3.1 Respect for Consent

• All communication must respect the other user’s boundaries.
• Continuing to contact someone after they indicate disinterest is harassment.
• Sharing sexual or intimate content requires explicit consent.

3.2 Privacy Protections

• Do not share another user’s personal details (phone number, workplace, home address, photos, or conversations) without their consent.
• Screenshots, recordings, or redistributions of user communications are strictly prohibited unless required for reporting abuse.

3.3 Physical Meetings

• JungleLove encourages safe practices for offline meetings: meet in public spaces, inform trusted contacts of your plans, and never feel pressured into unsafe situations.

4. Content Standards

4.1 Profile Content

• Profile pictures must show you clearly and must not contain nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit imagery.
• Bios and captions must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or threatening content.

4.2 Prohibited Media

• Violent, graphic, hateful, or illegal media is banned.
• Images of children, even in non-sexual contexts, may be removed to protect safety.

4.3 Messaging Standards

• Messages should be respectful, relevant, and appropriate to a dating context.
• Spam, repetitive promotions, chain messages, or irrelevant content are not permitted.

5. Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Commercial Use

• JungleLove is for personal dating use only. The following are prohibited:
• Soliciting money, gifts, or financial favors.
• Promoting or advertising businesses, services, or third-party products.
• Using the platform for prostitution, escort services, or “sugar dating.”

5.2 Fraud and Scams

• Users may not engage in scamming, phishing, extortion, or identity theft.
• Requests for financial details, payment information, or personal documents are forbidden.

5.3 Criminal Activity

• The platform may not be used for illegal purposes such as trafficking, terrorism, hate-group activity, or distribution of unlawful materials.
• Suspected criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Platform Integrity

6.1 Subscription Integrity

• JungleLove requires a valid paid subscription to use the service.
• Account sharing, resale, or transfer is not permitted.
• Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse will result in permanent bans.

6.2 Technical Integrity

• Users may not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with JungleLove’s systems.
• Bots, automated scripts, and scraping tools are forbidden.

6.3 Reporting Exploits

• If you discover a bug or vulnerability, you must report it to JungleLove instead of exploiting it.

7. Regional Compliance

7.1 African Scope

• JungleLove is designed for African users and complies with local data protection laws including:
• South Africa’s POPIA
• Nigeria’s NDPR
• Kenya’s Data Protection Act
• Users outside Africa may access JungleLove at their own risk, but services, compliance, and support are not guaranteed.

7.2 User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of JungleLove is lawful in your jurisdiction.

8. Reporting and Enforcement

8.1 Reporting Misconduct

• Users are encouraged to report violations through site tools or by contacting support.
• Reports are confidential and reviewed promptly.

8.2 Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity of the violation, JungleLove may:

• Issue warnings.
• Restrict or suspend accounts temporarily.
• Permanently terminate accounts without refund.
• Report users to authorities where legally required.

9. Safety Reminders

• Online dating involves risks; exercise good judgment at all times.
• Never share sensitive financial or identity documents with other users.
• Trust your instincts: if someone makes you feel unsafe, block and report them immediately.

10. Acceptance of Guidelines

By using JungleLove, you agree to abide by these Community Guidelines in full. These rules are designed to safeguard our community, protect user safety, and maintain trust. Failure to comply will result in appropriate action under our Terms and Conditions.
